1. Save Your Glass Containers
Hold onto a few empty containers before returning them to us. This helps reduce shipping costs and your carbon footprint. The more containers you return at once, the better it is for the planet!
2. Clean and Sanitize
Before sending your containers back, be sure to give them a good clean. Here's how:
Wipe away any leftover food and wash thoroughly with hot water and soap.
Sanitize by running the containers through your dishwasher or by gently boiling them in lukewarm water for 5 minutes. Be careful not to drop the containers directly into boiling water, as sudden temperature changes may cause cracking.
Make sure they are completely dry before packing.
3. Wrap It Up!
Pack your containers carefully to keep them safe in transit. If you still have the original packing materials from your order, feel free to reuse them. If not, any old shipping materials like bubble wrap, cardboard, or even mailers from other deliveries will do the trick! Just make sure the glass is well-protected to avoid breakage during shipment.
4. Return and Save!
When you’re ready, simply hand over your clean, empty containers during your next meal delivery or mail them back to us. Once we receive them, we’ll sanitize and reuse the containers for future orders. As a thank you, you’ll receive 20% off your next Holistic Meal Prep service!
